Collaborative Design & Technical Consultation
Our engineering team works closely with clients to refine product structures and functional details. We ensure that every custom specification is meticulously reviewed against technical drawings to guarantee the highest level of accuracy before production begins.
In cases where an initial client artwork may face manufacturing constraints, we provide proactive technical consultation to adjust the design. Through collaborative coordination, we bridge the gap between creative concepts and technical feasibility to ensure a successful product launch.
Precision Prototyping & Digital Cutting Technology
Utilizing high-precision digital cutting machinery, we create accurate prototypes and samples without the need for traditional tooling in the initial phase. This technology allows for rapid iteration and ensures that the final physical sample perfectly reflects the digital design.
• Digital cutting is primarily utilized for small-scale sample development. For high-volume sampling or official production orders, standard tooling and mold-making remain necessary to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• While highly versatile, certain product structures or complex designs may still require specialized molds for prototyping due to specific technical requirements.

After-Sales Support Case: Enhancing Client Marketing with Visual Assets
For many years, we have provided complete packaging solutions—including promotional leaflets, product stickers, laser labels, barcodes, and detailed labeling guides—allowing products to be delivered directly to retail stores without any additional processing.
With the introduction of proposal sheets featuring high-quality product photos and videos, several of our long-term partners—such as clients in Brazil, Spain and Singapore with whom we’ve worked for over 30 years—expressed interest in using these materials for marketing purposes. They found the visuals suitable for promotional use and requested original artwork files (with our logo removed) to adapt the designs for their own advertising.
As a trusted partner, we go beyond product development to offer real marketing support. Over the past year, we have strengthened our after-sales services to include:
- Providing editable design files for advertising materials.
- Supplying product images (5:4 format for Instagram) and promotional videos (16:9 format), with sizing adjustments available upon request.
- Helping clients save time on copywriting and visual design, enabling faster product launches to the market.
In addition, our official SNS—particularly Instagram—is specifically designed to serve as a reference tool for our clients when presenting to their end customers. Clients are welcome to refer to or reuse our SNS content for their own marketing purposes.

We have been cooperating with this client for many years through seasonal product proposals and ongoing OEM production. Each year, our team creates a wide range of product concepts based on market trends and material innovation. We present these ideas in a comprehensive proposal deck — including mockups, key features, and suggested color schemes — designed to inspire new opportunities. The client selects items that best suit their local market and often requests modifications such as size adjustments, color changes, or packaging refinements. Once finalized, samples are produced for internal testing and review. Several of these co-developed items have successfully launched and become part of the client’s regular assortment.
