What is the price and the minimum order quantity for PP folders?

The price and minimum order quantity (MOQ) for PP folders vary depending on several factors, including the type of PP sheet, colors, printing options, and other specific requirements.
•Price:
Quotations are generally based on bulk shipments, such as a 20-foot container. Once product specifications are confirmed, we can provide detailed quotes for up to 5 products within 2 to 3 working days.
•Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
The MOQ can differ based on the specific customization needs. For example, some suppliers may require a minimum order of 1000 to 5,000 pieces, depending on the complexity of the customization and the supplier's policies.
For precise pricing and MOQ information, please contact us directly, especially for bulk orders, customizations, or specific conditions. We encourage you to combine orders with other items to create a cohesive series and maximize container space.

If I cannot place bulk orders, is it okay to buy in small quantities?

Yes, we can accommodate small quantity orders under certain conditions.
•Existing Products:
If you are purchasing from our existing product line with the same texture, color, thickness, and size, we can provide the product as long as you are willing to cover the freight costs.
•Customized Options:
- Silk Printing or Hot Stamping:
We can use our existing inks and foils to minimize the MOQ issue.
- Offset Printing:
This is more challenging as it typically requires meeting the supplier's minimum quantity, which ranges from 5,000 to 10,000 pieces depending on the printing size.
•LCL Shipment:
If you have a small quantity that meets the MOQ but cannot fill a 20-foot container, we can arrange a Less Than Container Load (LCL) shipment. Please note that you will need to bear the freight costs.

What is the delivery time and shipping method for PP Folders?

Here are the details regarding delivery time and shipping options:
•Delivery Time:
- Bulk Orders:
Typically completed within 45 to 60 days after order and sample confirmation. However, during peak seasons, such as the Lunar New Year in January or February, delivery times may be extended.
- Peak Season Considerations:
Please plan ahead for potential delays during these periods.
•Shipping Methods:
- Sea Freight:
Recommended for its cost-effectiveness. A 20-foot container can hold approximately 26.9 cubic meters, while a 40-foot high cube container can hold about 63.7 cubic meters. Less Than Container Load (LCL) shipments are also available.
- Air Freight and Express Delivery: Suitable for urgent shipments or small volumes, though these options are more expensive.

What should I do if I need samples of PP Folders?

If you need samples of PP folders, here are the steps to follow:
•Existing Products:
If you want samples of our existing products without modifications, please contact us directly and provide the item No.. We will send them to you as soon as possible.
•Modified Existing Products:
If you need adjustments to our existing products, please provide the item No. and specify the parts that require changes.
•Customized Samples:
For customized samples, please provide detailed specifications, including texture, thickness, size, color, and any printing or hot stamping requirements.
For modified or customized samples, we will arrange proofing as soon as possible, and samples will typically be ready within 2 to 3 weeks. However, during peak seasons, the waiting time may be longer.
